	Kayaking Kayaking is a fantastic option for a corporate day out. Participants are mostly in two person kayaks which means it takes communication and co-ordination to safely navigate down the rapids. Break Away Adventures stands by its experienced guides, quality equipment, and impeccable safety record. 	Abseiling / Rock Climbing Rock climbing is another adventure that encourages people to work together. It takes you out of your comfort zone, so having confidence in your partner belaying you is extremely important. Victoria is a climber’s paradise with venues that allow participants of all skill levels to feel the joy of reaching the top! Melbourne is home to great beginner and intermediate abseiling/climbing sites such as the Brisbane Ranges and Werribee Gorge, or test your students’ skills a bit further from home at the legendary Grampians or Mount Arapiles. 	White Water Rafting With groups of 5 people in the raft together it is important that everyone works together and follows the raft leader. With some of the rivers we run, we offer a self guided experience, so whilst guides are on the river, they are not in the raft with you. So it gives one person in the raft the opportunity to lead the crew. Break away Adventures has a number of rivers available within a couple of hours of Melbourne and provide everything for your group, equipment, safety gear and professional instructors with heaps of experience. 	Caving Caving is an excellent activity to encourage teamwork, communication and leadership. Participants will push their comfort zones and have to work together to navigate through the cave. 	Team Building Incentives We can provide a range of activities from a fill in session during a program to a full day promoting teamwork, leadership, tolerance, communication, and (best of all) FUN! Initiative activities encourage a group to solve problems together in innovative ways. Challenges can be short and simple, or longer and more physical. Activities are sequenced to promote the most effective outcomes. As the session progresses the challenges become greater as the group learn to work together and utilise all their collective skills. Initiatives can be run as part of a larger program, outdoors, or as an enjoyable activity to challenge individuals.

We can also take care of all aspects of your event including: • Transport - We have partnerships with a number of bus companies around Melbourne so we can always get you the right bus for your budget and requirements. We also have a number of planes and helicopters available to take you to your adventure. • Catering – All our packages have the option of a lunch or dinner provided.
